Four point troubleshooting method for unattended intelligent weighing system
Fault phenomenon 1: the microwave reader can not read the electronic license plate information.
Troubleshooting:
1: Check whether the electronic license plate is posted regularly;
2: Check whether the angle of the microwave antenna is normal (45 degrees from the horizontal plane);
3: Check whether the serial port connection between the microwave reader and the host is normal;
4: Check whether the microwave reader is powered on; (whether the rated voltage is 12V)
5: Check whether the RF cable between the reader and the microwave antenna is connected normally (whether it is loose or broken);
6: Turn the device off and back on.
Fault phenomenon 2: the gate cannot rise / fall normally
Troubleshooting:
1: Check whether the gate is energized (whether the rated voltage is 220 V);
2: Check whether the intelligent controller is powered on;
3: Check whether the control line between the intelligent controller and the gate controller is connected normally (whether it is loose or broken);
4: When the railings can’t fall down, check whether there are metal objects on the ground inductance coil; 5. Power off the equipment and turn it on again.
Fault phenomenon 3: the infrared detector can not detect whether the vehicle is fully loaded
Troubleshooting:
1: Check whether the intelligent controller is powered on (whether the rated voltage is 12V);
2: Check whether the infrared detector is powered on;
3: Check whether there are objects blocking between infrared detectors;
4: Check whether the communication line can communicate normally;
5: Check whether the receiver of the infrared detector receives the signal from the projector normally;
6: Check whether the communication line between the intelligent controller and the infrared detector is connected normally (whether it is loose or broken);
7: Turn the device off and back on.
Fault phenomenon 4: the traffic light is not on
Troubleshooting:
1: Check whether the intelligent controller is powered on (whether the rated voltage is 220 V);
2: Check whether the traffic lights can work normally alone:
3: Check whether the equipment is powered on normally;
4: Check whether the communication line between the intelligent controller and the traffic light is connected normally (whether it is loose or broken);
5: Turn the device off and back on.
