Lateral pressure load cell LC104M Lateral press type limiter is main used in electric calabash, steel wire condone etc lift weighing equipment, Prevent overloading state security device running.

The device mainly consists of two parts: main frame buildup from side compression load cell and control indicator, when appear up limited loading, come out sound and light alarm and control start condole to safe direction switch. It make full use of steel wire tension theory, easily assemble, safety performance good, indicator can choose with display or without display double type mode.

The lifting weigh limiter meter adopts single chip-controlled technology. Its main function are that measuring and indicating the lifting weight timely as connecting the load cell’s signal, sending out acoustic optic alarm, outputting control signal and cutting off the rising looping power supply when weight reaches the stipulated value.

Methods Of Work:

The lifting weight limiter that measuring and indicating the lifting weight timely as connecting the load cell’s signal, sending out acoustic optic alarm, outputting control signal and cutting off the rising looping power supply when weight reaches the stipulated value. When lifting weights up to 90%FS(can be set), the limiter early warning signals, intermittent buzzer sound. When lifting weights up to 105% FS (can be set), the limitation and an alarm signal: red indicator light, continuous buzzer sound. To avoid shock load caused by transient false overload, the data filtering process, if continuous overload for more than 2 seconds, the judge is really overloaded, immediately switch off the power lifting circuit. The point with hysteresis, when lifting objects weighing down to below the rated lifting capacity, the relay will resume. When lifting weights 110%FS, the relay action, immediately cut off circuit power at the same time lifting the red indicator light, buzzer sound continuously. The point also has hysteresis, when lifting the weight of material reduced to nominal weight of the following, the relay will resume.
